ABOUT THE SHOW

Covering over 500,000 square feet across two buildings in the Orange County Convention Center, the 2018 NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS) showcased some of the biggest names in the building industry. The three day event in Orlando, FL allowed manufacturers to exhibit new and innovative products to industry professionals. reSAWN TIMBER co. debuted its custom built, 200 square foot covered booth design that showcased AJI shou sugi ban Accoya exterior siding, TOREDO Accoya interior cladding, AMITY european white oak flooring, and select RSTco. furniture pieces.

Designed by Coughlin Architecture, the booth totaled fifteen feet in height and featured steel collar ties and spruce glulams. In addition to the cladding and flooring products, reSAWN displayed sample boards, mock installations, select product install photos, and Coughlin Architecture projects. The exhibit served as a tangible representation of the material that reSAWN produces, which allowed attendees to physically experience the texture and aesthetics of various products.

The 2018 NAHB IBS brought together 1,500 manufacturers and over 85,000 attendees for three days of networking, education sessions, and product showcases. A part of Design & Construction Week in Orlando, FL, the show celebrated a successful and informational 75th anniversary for the NAHB.
