PRODUCT OPTIONS
Abodo
Vulcan thermally modified wood cladding is created from New Zealand plantation timber. The thermal modification process gives Vulcan cladding superior stability and reduced resin content. It’s naturally durable so the timber doesn’t require any chemical preservatives. It includes a 15-year warranty against fungal decay.
Accoya
Accoya is modified timber in which a process called acetylation, a cutting-edge patented technology, enables it to resist rot, defy the elements, and stay strong for decades. Guaranteed for 50 years above ground and 25 years in ground or freshwater, its performance and properties are remarkable.
Sylva
Sylva features wood cladding that is sourced from abundant and sustainably grown U.S. forests. Our offering consists of Thermally Modified North American Red Oak products that are locally sourced and manufactured in Pennsylvania. Sylva is supported by a 25-year warranty against rot and decay.

VALLE CRUSIS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Valle Crucis Elementary School in Boone, NC, is a 75,000 sq. ft. facility designed by Clark Nexsen to support 21st-century learning for 400 PK-8 students. To reflect the region’s rural character and ensure durability, the exterior utilizes custom FSC-Certified Accoya® wood cladding, known for its exceptional stability and 50-year warranty against rot and decay.
SHADOW RIDGE RESIDENCE
The Shadow Ridge Residence, located in Potomac, Maryland, is undergoing enhancements. Architect Randall Mars selected GREY MATTER Accoya® for its durability, low maintenance, and consistent weathering properties. Having collaborated with reSAWN on previous projects, Mars appreciated the material’s 50-year warranty and rich gray tones.
BRANT POINT RESIDENCE
The Brant Point project in Nantucket, MA showcases a stunning blend of natural materials and coastal design using reSAWN TIMBER co.’s high-performance cladding products. The exterior features KOS, a vertical grain Alaskan Yellow Cedar, and SiOO:X-finished Abodo Vulcan Cladding, both chosen for their durability, sustainability, and weathered aesthetic.
