This modern industrial home overlooks the Provo River and volcanic bluffs in Victory Ranch near Park City, UT. The choice to use reSAWN TIMBER co.’s ROCKPORT North American Black Walnut flooring adds a touch of warmth to the interior, creating a beautiful contrast against the snowy backdrop of the Kamas Residence. Architect Cobus Van Den Berg designed the house to harmonize with the stunning surroundings. The concrete, timber, and steel exterior contrasts with the extensive glass elements and angled roofline, embodying a sense of brightness, airiness, fragility, and transparency.
ROCKPORT by reSAWN TIMBER co. features wide plank in plain sawn select or character grade American Black Walnut prefinished with matte polyurethane for flooring or wall cladding. The wide face width showcases the full character and grain pattern that black walnut has to offer.
