Baldwin Farms sits in a rural pocket of Greenwich, CT, defined by large estates, privacy, and natural landscapes. This countryside setting provides a backdrop for a residence that balances luxury with innovative design.

WILLIWAW Alaskan Yellow Cedar is currently being used across the exterior façade, integrating highly customized architectural elements designed to fit on-site. Installation guidelines for our cladding were provided to support consistency across the build, while radius pieces were tested before installation to ensure performance around curved edges and demonstrate superior material adaptability. Many other custom millwork components, including custom fascia, window jambs, horizontal battens, and millwork for runoff, continue to take shape as the build progresses.

Installed using a rainscreen system, the cladding is engineered for the long-term durability and performance required by the specifiers to allow the structure to withstand the elements over time. WILLIWAW displays natural variation in tone that will continue to weather naturally into a consistent patina that highlights the species’ character.
