This project in progress is a mere step away from the water, with direct water access and a picturesque view of the Long Island Sound and Greenwich Cove from all sides. This property is part of a private association that has access to multiple trails and beaches. Old Greenwich gets its name from being Greenwich’s oldest neighborhood, established in 1640. It thrives on an old-world aesthetic where past and present blend beautifully.

While the current in-progress pictures only show WILLIWAW exterior and interior cladding as well as an open joining rain screen roof, this renovation includes a multitude of reSAWN products, including WASHOE interior cladding, KIP European White Oak Flooring, and KOWHAI decking, as well as custom slats, jambs, and sills.
