ABOUT THE PROJECT

Accoya has been chosen for Mellow Johnny’s Bike store and café at 4801 Edwards Ranch Road, Fort Worth, Texas.

Much like the Austin store the Trailhead location is a destination for health, family and fitness. Located just a few feet from trinity River and trails, it’s the perfect spot for rides along the 40+ miles of friendly bikes and hike paths.

Mellow Johnny’s aims to be a destination for cycling and social gathering. Both the Austin and Fort Worth settings are based on the company’s mission to increase cycling as a popular form of transportation and utility, as well as fun and fitness. In keeping with their ecological theme, Accoya was chosen due to its non-toxic and recyclable credentials. Plus due to its high strength to weight ratio, Accoya wood is the most suitable for applications such as these.
