This new build is situated on nearly 8 acres in The Colony at White Pine Canyon, a highly sought-after residential area in Park City. Surrounded by old-growth forests, lakes, and waterfalls, the views surrounding the home are unmatched. The homesite also offers private ski access, walking, and snowshoeing trails.

This project features over 8,000 square feet of reSAWN TIMBER co. CUSTOM Abodo Vulcan cladding and slats. The architect likes the performance, aesthetic, and environmental friendliness of Abodo. This project utilized a field mockup to see the product at the job site and watch its performance and weathering. In addition to the clean look of clear vertical grain Abodo wood, there are no face fasteners and screws.
