Athena and Victor Calderone renovated and lived in multiple houses before finding their forever home, which is located in historic Cobble Hill, Brooklyn.

Three years and a full gut renovation resulted in the 25-foot-wide Greek Revival townhouse. The theme features custom furnishings and accents to highlight Athena’s brand as an entertaining expert and the creator of the lifestyle website EyeSwoon. Victor, a music producer and techno DJ and their son Jivan, an aspiring architect, incorporated their own unique styles into the home as well. The home features reSAWN’s KIP European White Oak flooring in a 4” wide HERRINGBONE.

ELIZABETH ROBERTS ARCHITECTS is an architecture and design studio led by architect Elizabeth Roberts and based in Brooklyn, New York. The studio is known for bringing each project’s original, and often historic, elements to the fore, resulting in an aesthetic that reflects the relaxed ethos of its home borough.
