The exterior showcases charred Accoya® cladding, providing exceptional durability and low maintenance in the coastal environment. Inside, Western Hemlock and European White Oak adorn the walls, floors, and ceiling, bringing warmth and natural elegance to the living spaces. These carefully chosen materials reflect the clients’ commitment to quality and design. Every detail has been meticulously considered for sustainability and ease of maintenance, as demonstrated by reSAWN TIMBER co.’s charred Accoya®. This wood offers low maintenance and long-lasting durability, thanks to a patented acetylation process that resists shrinkage and warping in harsh weather conditions. The charred Shou Sugi Ban layer enhances the design by accentuating the wood’s natural beauty with added texture while providing superior protection against moisture, rot, decay, and UV radiation.
