Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living and year-round durability, the home pairs modern architecture with a natural, coastal feel. Set just steps from the shore, the thoughtful design, natural aesthetic, and durable materials come together in perfect harmony.

The exterior is clad in KERURū Abodo® Vulcan Cladding for a beautiful, weathered aesthetic that changes little as it ages. Manufactured using a proprietary brushing technique and 0-VOC exterior oil, KERURū evokes the soft grays of driftwood and dune grass, effortlessly blending the home with its seaside surroundings. For added contrast and dimension, NIGIRI Shou Sugi Ban Accoya® was selected and custom milled for the window and garage trim. The bold, charred finish balances the weathered exterior with depth and a modern edge.

KERURū and NIGIRI are engineered to withstand the demanding conditions of beachfront living. Abodo Vulcan wood is prized for its low environmental impact, dimensional stability, and resistance to moisture and UV exposure, making it a long-lasting, sustainable cladding choice. Accoya is known for its outstanding performance, as the proprietary acetylation process ensures it won’t warp or swell, even in extreme temperatures and humidity shifts.
