Located in Tysons, VA, Atrium Cafe is a family-owned business and an area favorite since 2000. With fresh, made to order food made with only high quality ingredients, Atrium Cafe’s goal is 100% customer satisfaction. They have a variety of options on their menu including gourmet coffee and tea, made to order breakfast and lunch items, and offer catering services. 

For Atrium Cafe’s new space, which opened in 2017, The M Group used their expertise in architecture and design to create a space that is inviting, functional and beautiful. reSAWN’s STOCKPORT black walnut was used as interior cladding in several areas. STOCKPORT helped soften the modern design and create warmth throughout the space.

STOCKPORT features wide plank plain sawn select or character grade American Black walnut prefinished with a dark stain and natural oil.  The wide face width showcases the full character and grain pattern that black walnut has to offer.

American Black Walnut is a heavy, strong wood defined by its rich deep browns and beautiful figure. our natural oil is non-toxic and 100% VOC-free and produces a durable, matte finish that respects the natural look and feel of the wood.

reSAWN’s black walnut products utilize the steaming process to darken lighter sapwood. Steamed walnut creates a deep, rich walnut tone, and the resulting product has a more even monochromatic brown aesthetic across heartwood and sapwood. In addition to steaming, reSAWN specializes in various finishing techniques that highlight the natural beauty of black walnut.
